The Historic Overlook House

The Historic Overlook House is a brick and stucco mansion erected in 1927 and frozen in time; with distinct period features and outdoor grounds featuring a garden and stunning views of Downtown Portland and the Willamette River, The Historic Overlook House is as handsome as it is historic. Serving parties up to 75 guests indoors and 150 outdoors in their garden, the Historic Overlook House includes tables, chairs, furnishings, and dishware with bookings and can make their upper and lower floors as well as their basement available for celebrations.

Their gardens and grounds offer a warm and family-like ambience in the center of the city. Flowering roses encircle a white arbor and mature plantings frame views of downtown, the West Hills and Willamette River.

With an interior capacity of 75 and a garden that can entertain up to 150 they can accommodate most wedding parties at The Historic Overlook House. In addition, the house is ADA accessible and equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

There is also a basement party room and restrooms available for additional costs. All their events encompass the use of tables and chairs, interior furnishings, dishes, flatware and other items.
