The exercise floor at The Houstonian is just under 20,000 square feet and features practically every type of free weight, platforms with barbells, and cardio and strength training machines. Fitness specialists are constantly on hand to provide towels, water, and information about how to use the equipment. In addition to the indoor fitness facility, they feature a performance zone on the gorgeous outdoor track with outdoor training equipment for Members who want to take advantage of Houston's pleasant weather and work out outside.
