The Marlin Hotel

The Marlin Hotel, which is one of the art deco Miami and South Beach's most beautiful buildings, is a South Ocean classic, perched on Collins Avenue just two blocks from the beach. The building was erected in 1939, and designed by L. Murray Dixon, a principal architect whose vision defined Deco South Beach design.
