The William Vale
The views are at the center of everything at William Vale. No matter where you are, they are beautiful and essentially impossible to avoid. On any floor, a wall of solid glass and the vast expanse of Brooklyn greet you as you exit the elevator. You can unwind on a personal balcony after entering your room through a short passageway and watching the tiny, ant-like New Yorkers below (yes, every single room in the hotel has a balcony.) In addition, the hotel's present focal point, Westlight, a rooftop bar on the 22nd floor, provides an incredible view of the New York cityscape that can cause you to pause and take a second look. The pub offers free bright-yellow observation glasses just in case you manage to miss it.
The sleek, contemporary building was naturally raised so high to get those enviable views that it occasionally looks like an alien ship hovering over trendy Williamsburg. However, these guests appear to arrive in peace based on the Frette linens and L'Occitane de Provence products in each room. An elevated 15,000 square foot green space (also known as Vale Park) that you may explore, a 60-foot outdoor pool (the longest in New York), and the hotel's signature restaurant Leuca, a Southern Italian eatery by Andrew Carmellini, will all be benefits of staying at the month-old establishment.
