The World Ends With You: Final Remix

Square Enix's The World Ends with You is an awe-inspiring story. Originally launched on the Nintendo DS with minimal advertising, this game surpassed release week predictions and has now achieved cult classic status. The gameplay and combat, aesthetics, and world navigation are all shared by The World Ends with You and Chain of Memories (a Kingdom Hearts title released on the GameBoy Advance). The World Ends with You, on the other hand, innovates with its controls by using the Nintendo DS's innovative touchscreen function.

The Universe Ends with You tells the narrative of protagonist Neku Sakuraba in a world with two parallel, dimensional planes: the Underground (basically a realm of the dead) and the Realground (reality; the land of the living). The Reapers' Game is a well-known sport inside the Underground in which the spirits of the deceased compete against 'Reapers' — other souls who've tried and failed — to re-obtain their lives, or perhaps, to transcend past their corporeality. You'll have to take part in the Reapers' Game as Neku and his buddies in order to defeat the strange beings that decide your fate.
