TOPIK One has the benefit of including both listening and writing tests. The app's makers also included a dictionary, which allows you to seek up the definition of new words by merely tapping them. The restriction of TOPIK One is that, while it offers old-style TOPIK examinations from 17th to 34th, the new kind of exam is not well updated.
