TypeScript Quickly

Yakov Fain and Anton Moiseev have extensive web development expertise. They wrote two editions of "TypeScript Quickly." TypeScript Quickly teaches you how to use types in both browser-based and standalone apps. In this hands-on book, you'll create an intriguing blockchain service app that walks you through a variety of type-sensitive programming approaches. You'll also learn useful methods for object-oriented programming using classes, interfaces, and advanced features like decorators and conditional types as you go.

This book is split into two sections. Part 1 covers various TypeScript syntax components with tiny code snippets as examples. Part 2 (beginning with Chapter 8) is a collection of TypeScript applications.

At some point, the author considered using the app to demonstrate how TypeScript might be used in real-world applications, and we didn't want it to be just another ToDo app. To cut a long tale short, each chapter in Part 2 is a little program that uses cutting-edge blockchain technology. In one chapter, it's merely a standalone program running on Node.js that demonstrates the fundamentals of blockchain technology. In another case, it's a blockchain designed as a web app. There will be a chapter in which we will utilize TypeScript with WebSockets.
