Swimming in the top pool puts you at eye level with the surrounding jungle's tree canopies and allows you to see down into the pool below. You can walk down the stone steps into the crystalline depths of the lower pool, lie on the central island, or simply relax in one of the semi-submerged seats while listening to the water cascading from above.

The pool at the Ubud Hanging Gardens simply must be on your list of places where you want to have your picture taken. You can honestly say that once you've taken a photo of yourself here, you've had your picture taken in one of the world's most popular swimming areas.
