Ubud Hanging Gardens, Bali, Indonesia

There is only one thing better than an infinity pool: two infinity pools combined. The Ubud Hanging Gardens' split-level freshwater pool is an infinity pool to die for.

Swimming in the top pool puts you at eye level with the surrounding jungle's tree canopies and allows you to see down into the pool below. You can walk down the stone steps into the crystalline depths of the lower pool, lie on the central island, or simply relax in one of the semi-submerged seats while listening to the water cascading from above.

Why Go?

The pool at the Ubud Hanging Gardens simply must be on your list of places where you want to have your picture taken. You can honestly say that once you've taken a photo of yourself here, you've had your picture taken in one of the world's most popular swimming areas. It might take a while for you to get that perfect shot, but when you upload it to Instagram and see everyone's jealous reactions, it will all have been worth it.
