Umm ad Dami
With a height of 6,083 feet, the Umm ad Dami mountain is Jordan's tallest mountain. In the Wadi Rum, which is part of the Aqaba Governorate, the mountain is also extremely near to the Saudi Arabian border. Since Umm ad Dami is the highest point in the country, it is known to experience snowfall on a regular basis. Jordan's capital, Amman, is located in the northwest, while Irbid and AL Zarqa are located in the north. In the south, you'll find Karak and Aqaba.
The tallest peak in Jordan is Jabal Umm ad Dami, which is located in the famous Wadi Rum. The claimed elevation of 1,854 meters corresponds to SRTM data. It is located near the Saudi Arabian border in Jordan's Aqaba Governorate at 29°18′30′′N 35°25′45′′E.
