Unagi Model One

The Unagi Model One deserves to earn its spot on our list of the best electric scooters. It climbs up hills with ease, zooming around twice as quickly as scooters with a single 250-watt engine.

However, when both engines are used (you may choose to use either one), the battery life falls far short of the scooter's promised 15-mile range. But in compensation, the Unagi Model One has an excellent display that is bright enough for you to view clearly - even in direct sunlight; we particularly like the Unagi's easy controls and powerful, electric-sounding trumpet. It is equipped with both headlights and indicators (the latter will flash fast when the brakes are used).

Also, we are charmed by the Unagi's elegant form; its carbon-fiber rear post can transition from a circular to a triangle shape, creating a fascinating appearance. Furthermore, on Unagi's website, you may customize the appearance of this scooter with distinctive skins.
