Universal CityWalk
CityWalk is the hub of the Universal Orlando Resort, a sprawling mix of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment centered on a beautiful lagoon with panoramic views of coaster skylines. With an excellent and diverse assortment of stores and restaurants, many visitors find CityWalk to be a perfect spot to spend a peaceful day playing miniature golf, seeing a theater, or even getting a tattoo.
One of CityWalk's main selling features is its food. There are truly loads of wonderful, unique options that will have you going back visit after visit, whether you want something quick, a full sit-down meal, or just a beverage. After dark, CityWalk offers a variety of bustling nightlife alternatives. Even if it isn't your end destination, CityWalk is worth devoting some extra time to when passing through on your way to or from the parks. Hot Dog Hall of Fame, a surprising hit for CityWalk, has been acclaimed for the quality and authenticity of its classic hot dog choices.
You can sample the "Starting Line-Up 9," a collection of nine different gourmet hot dogs from various ballparks across the country. Hollywood Drive-In Golf, located on the street-level floor of CityWalk, is a fantastic spot to have fun outside of the parks. The Haunting of Ghostly Greens (themed to B-grade horror flicks) and Invaders from Planet Putt (themed to B-grade sci-fi) 18-hole courses are available at the site.
