Use the shower properly
Adjust the shower's water jet mode to save electricity. If you adjust to a smaller, slower jet mode and shower for 15 to 20 minutes, this will save a significant amount of clean water and electricity each month. Did you know that a leaky faucet can waste up to 90 liters of water a day and 5,500 liters of water a year? If you don't want to pay for this wasted water, check your plumbing regularly to detect and repair leaks. That incurs unnecessary costs.
Obviously using a shower will save a lot of water than using a bath. Especially, if you install a small flow shower, you can save up to 11 liters of water every minute. Moreover, the cost to install the shower is not too expensive compared to the amount of money you have to pay for wasting water. While showering, you should turn off the shower, instead of flushing the shower, to avoid wasting water and electricity.
