The Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, which wraps around two harbor basins, is a bustling entertainment district resembling Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. The second son of Queen Victoria, Alfred, constructed this bustling harbor in the late 19th century, and it has served as a port of call for European ships ever since.
