Victorinox Fibrox Pro 8-Inch Chef’s Knife

The Victorinox brand seems familiar, it's because it's the maker of the well-known Swiss Army knives. The Fibrox® Pro 8'' Chef’s Knife like the others, is produced in Switzerland. This knife's 8-inch blade is composed of high-carbon stainless steel, which will keep its razor-sharp edge for a long time. The straight blade has a softly curved tip that facilitates a rocking action, making it ideal for slicing meats.

The handle of the Fibrox® Pro 8'' Chef’s Knife is textured to offer a nonslip grip and is composed of the patented Fibrox material. It's positioned so that even if your hands are huge, you won't bang your knuckles on the cutting board, and it's intended to give a nice ergonomic feel for most users.
