Vincom
Vincom is the common name for the leading Vietnam shopping mall chains managed by the Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company, which was created in 2002. Following the merger into Vingroup Joint Stock Company, it became the largest corporation in both Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Vincom is now monitoring 72 properties in Vietnam, spread across 44 cities and provinces, with four sub-brands: Vincom Center, Vincom Mega Mall, Vincom Plaza, and Vincom+. They are intended to target various customers, allowing the corporation to dominate the whole retail sector in this country.
Outlets are frequently associated with high-end brands, both within and outside. Vincom Mega malls in Vietnam have a broader aim than Vincom Center. The Vincom Retail caters to persons with an annual income of $5,000. Malls are frequently located in integrated development districts. Vincom Plazas, on the other hand, are often houses in the suburbs and fringes of larger cities and regions. Currently, malls and traditional supermarkets have a distinct edge in this residential neighborhood.
Finally, Vincom+ is a collection of micro Vietnam retail malls in minor provinces that cater to low-income customers. The organization collaborates with over 700 brands and merchants both domestically and internationally. With the parent firm being a major player in real estate, all of Vincom's malls are built to worldwide standards, giving shoppers the most opulent and comfortable experiences.
