A unique bean that perfectly captures so much of what we seek from Brazilian coffee is the Brazil Peaberry from Volcanica. This coffee, which is made from the uncommon Arabica peaberry bean variety, is smooth and nutty with intriguing overtones of hazelnut and raspberry.

This medium-roast bean may be a little bit too dark for those who prefer lighter single origins, but those who like a great cup of coffee all-around will find this roast to be absolutely delicious.
