Watcher (2019)

Han Suk-kyu, Kim Hyun-joo, and Seo Kang-joon are the main characters of the 2019 South Korean drama series Watcher. The drama follows the Seyang Police Department's Corruption Investigation Team as they look into corrupt police officials. This team is despised by the rest of the department. Jo Soo Yeon (Park Joo Hee), a former forensics expert, Kim Young Goon (Seo Kang Joon), a former traffic enforcement officer, and his father, Kim Jae Myung (Ahn Kil Kang), who was detained fifteen years ago on suspicion of killing his wife, are also members of the squad.

Do Chi Gwang (Han Suk Kyu), an officer who worked with Jae Myung fifteen years ago and was closely involved in his case, is now the team commander of the Corruption Investigation Team. Then there is Han Tae Joo (Kim Hyun Joo), a former prosecutor who handled the Kim Jae Myung case fifteen years ago and whose life was altered seven years ago by a tragic event. They finally uncover the truth about a case that occurred fifteen years ago thanks to their inquiry.
