Indian music label Zee Music Company (ZMC), a division of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. It does most of its business out of New Delhi. In a short amount of time, the organization has significantly increased its market share in Bollywood music. Zee Records was Zee Entertainment's first foray into the music distribution industry. Gadar: Ek Prem Katha was its debut film. Zee Records Home Video was founded later. Since then, it has faced off against T-Series in fierce combat. The adventure started with the song Hawaa Hawaai and has since expanded to include numerous reprises and acoustic cover songs of its own tunes. Its agreements with Fox Star Studios, UTV Software Communications, Balaji Motion Pictures, Excel Entertainment, Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, and Bhansali Productions are among its most lucrative music rights agreements. 2018 saw the beginning of negotiations between Zee Music Company and Sony Music India to merge the two labels while keeping the Zee Music Company moniker.
