With its soft nursery slopes, decent snow record, and outstanding ski schools, Seefeld is a great destination for families wishing to learn to ski. Meribel is one of those ski resorts that splits opinion. Many people despise it for its Britishness (it was created by a Brit in 1938), but for others, the home-from-home atmosphere is what keeps them coming back year after year. Cortina d'Ampezzo is one of the most well-known and large ski resorts in Italy.
