Due to its isolation, Tubbataha is considered among the best Dive Sites in the Philippines in the Philippines, as it is very well preserved. It's usually only accessible by liveaboard boats.

Divers from all over the world visit Palawan's 97,030 acre Marine Protected Area, which is made up of two massive coral atolls, the North and South Atolls, as well as the Jessie Beazley Reef, which lies about 20 kilometers distant.

Tubbataha is home to 90 percent of the Philippines' coral species, making a journey there a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Because the Tubbataha Reefs can only be explored by liveaboard boats, unlike most popular dive destinations, you will have the majority of the reef and ocean to yourself.

You'll find walls covered in whip coral and gorgonian sea fans, in addition to being secluded.

Dive with one of the most fascinating creatures on the planet, the elusive thresher sharks, who frequent the Malapascua area. It's perhaps the only site on the planet where you can witness a thresher shark on a daily basis.

Malapascua, which has over 20 dive sites, is a diver's dream, with warm tropical water, incredible diversity, and breathtaking sceneries, one of the best Dive Sites in the Philippines.

Monad Shoal is a submerged island with a 200-meter dip. Thresher sharks, manta rays, devil rays, and a variety of sharks call it home.

Another must-see is the cave, sometimes known as "the tunnel." This 30m tunnel is home to a plethora of fish, as well as a whitetip shark that circles near the exit. For more experienced divers, this spot is recommended.

Kimod Shoal is another place with a sunken island that draws schools of up to 200 hammerhead sharks between the months of December and May.

Moalboal is a beautiful spot with stunning house reefs and lively turtles.The big school of sardines that call this spot home is what makes it so thrilling.

Large pelagics drawn by the meal frequently appear in the diver's presence, and you'll be treated to an incredible game of cat and mouse as the sardines move and change shapes. A school of one million sardines may be found right off the coast of Panagsama Beach in Moal Boal municipality, and you can dive or snorkel among them.

While snorkeling is exciting, you can sit calmly and watch the school of sardines evolve into various shapes from below.

• Highlights: Apart from the incredible experience of swimming with the sardines, the other house reefs in Moal Boal are equally as stunning with lots of jacks, sharks, and playful turtles.

Apo Reef, the Philippines' second-largest atoll reef, is a must-see for scuba divers. While the majority of the reefs are buried, three islands stand out: Apo Island, Apo Menor, and Cayos del Bajo.

This 34-kilometer reef is divided into two lagoon systems by a small canal that runs east to west (north and south). This area has become much more accessible and convenient to explore because to the introduction of liveaboard cruises. Thus, this destination is among the best Dive Sites in the Philippines

Shark Ridge is known for its black and whitetip reef sharks, as well as the numerous shallow caverns where eels, lobsters, and giant groupers can be found.

Apo 29 is also a famous spot for thresher sharks, hammerhead sharks, and other large reef sharks due to its rapid currents.

Location: Occidental Mindoro

Palawan is one of the favorite spots on the planet, with numerous beautiful reefs and wreck dives. Palawan is not only beautiful, but it also offers a variety and plentiful marine life, thanks to WWII shipwreck swim-throughs and crystal clear waters and lagoons.

Because Palawan is such a huge island, dive spots may be found all throughout El Nido and Coron. Expect to visit a variety of shipwrecks here, some of which will require two full dives to thoroughly explore. Each wreck offers amazing swim-throughs into massive engine rooms while swimming with turtles and large groupers.

Although Barracuda Lake is not visually appealing due to the dearth of marine life, diving in Coron's famous lake is an out-of-this-world experience. Swimming through vast caves and cathedrals while diving through an almost alien-like environment of underwater rock formations is possible here.

Destacado Reef, Dilumacad Underwater Tunnel, and North Rock are some other interesting places to visit.

• Highlights: Apart from the wreck dives, the visibility is pretty fantastic and the amount of fish and corals are great. In some areas, you can also see some dugongs or sea manatees.

If you dive Coron on a liveaboard, you'll almost certainly see Apo Reef, the world's second-longest contiguous reef (after the Great Barrier Reef). Colorful coralscapes, a variety of reef sharks, and schools of pelagic fish may all be found in Apo Reef, which is not to be mistaken with Apo Island.

If you like swimming with turtles, go to Apo Island, which has some amazing hard corals and turtles that graze and swim around incessantly.

Currently, there are approximately 650 identified fish species on the island, as well as around 400 coral species. Here you will find the majority of the Philippines' 450 coral species. One of the top 100 dive sites in the world is located here.

Yapak is a popular diving spot on Boracay Island's northwest side, where you can see sharks, rays, barracudas, tuna, and other large schools of fish. Whale sharks can also be seen in the vicinity if divers are lucky.

Aside from the abundant aquatic life, the site features a steep cliff that begins at 30 meters/100 feet and drops straight down.

Because the currents can be very strong, this spot is only suggested for experienced divers. You'll be rewarded with sightings of enormous marine species such as gray and whitetip reef sharks, snappers, and triggerfish if you visit the region.
