GoTo PT The Indonesian conglomerate Gojek Tokopedia Tbk operates under the brand name "GoTo." A merger between Indonesia's two most valued companies, ride-hailing behemoth Gojek and e-commerce firm Tokopedia, created the company in 2021.

The Indonesian economy benefits by around 2% thanks to GoTo, the most valuable company in the country. Both Alibaba and SoftBank hold roughly 9% of GoTo.GoTo "hired banks to help it raise around US$1 billion" in December 2021 via an IPO in Indonesia, according to reports.

GoTo declared its intention to go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in April 2022, with the intention of issuing 52 million shares and collecting at least US$1.1 billion. GoTo went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on April 11, 2022, raising $1.1 billion at a share price of 338 IDR. That price increased by over 15% on the first day of trading, closing at 388 IDR.
