Bukalapak is a brand owned by the Indonesian firm PT Bukalapak.com Tbk. It began in 2010 as a platform for SMEs to sell and buy products and services online. Later, Bukalapak grew to include the digitization of warungs, the Indonesian term for family-run restaurants. Through its Mitra program, the company is involved in the running of about 25% of Indonesia's warungs.

By 2021, Bukalapak will have served over 100 million customers, seven million merchants, and processed over two million transactions per day on average. As Indonesia's fourth unicorn startup, it is one of the country's largest e-commerce businesses. In 2021, it had the largest IPO on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, raising up to US$1.5 billion. However, in the following six months, its market value dropped by approximately 66%.
