  2. Vespa is an Italian luxury brand of scooter manufactured by Piaggio. The name means "wasp" in Italian. The Vespa has evolved from a single-model motor scooter manufactured in 1946 by Piaggio & Co. S.p.A. of Pontedera, Italy, to a full line of scooters and one of seven companies today owned by Piaggio.

From their inception, Vespa scooters have been known for their painted, pressed steel unibody, which combines, in a unified structural unit, a complete cowling for the engine, a flat floorboard, and a prominent front fairing. Vespas are available in three different displacements: 50 cc, 150 cc, and 300 cc. The first version of what would quickly become a timeless classic was launched in 1968 and was a real revolution.

The favorite models are GTS Super, Primavera, Sprint, Sei Giorni, or Vespa 946 Christian Dior, with elegant luxury style combined with Dior pattern decoration to honor the two famous brands. Youthful, agile, innovative, safe, and environment-friendly, then, as today, Vespa Primavera was a true star of the times. And the revolution continues, with the brand new Vespa Primavera boasting even greater safety, comfort, and style, along with extra bells and whistles and special versions.
