In this drama, Park Bo Young continues to play the role of an honest and kind girl. Because of lung disease, Soon Yi (Park Bo Young) and her family move to a peaceful countryside for conventional treatment. Because of her curiosity, Soon Yi quietly helped, treated, and named the boy Kim Cheol Soo (Song Joong Ki). Seeing that his daughter was happier after having Cheol Soo (Song Joong Ki), the family also accepted to adopt him.
