ABA Oman International School
Founded in 1987, ABA Oman International School is an exceptional educational institution dedicated to preparing the next generation of leaders and innovators, inspiring them to make a positive impact on the world.
As the leading International Baccalaureate Continuum School in Oman and a non-profit organization, ABA welcomes over 940 students from Kindergarten to Grade 12, representing more than 65 countries.
Notably, ABA was the first international school in Muscat to offer all three levels of the International Baccalaureate program. The school's focus is on providing a challenging and globally-oriented education.
The IB programs emphasize the holistic development of individuals, fostering intellectual, personal, emotional, and social growth across all knowledge areas. By promoting a dynamic blend of knowledge, skills, independent critical and creative thinking, and a global mindset, the IB principles aim to educate well-rounded individuals prepared for a life of active and responsible citizenship.
With over 30 years of experience, ABA has been equipping students with the skills necessary for an ever-changing future, recognizing the need to prepare them for technologies and professions that may shape global interactions in the future.
Their goal is to help students embrace change, develop flexibility, and adaptability. They believe that participating in problem-solving teams and providing meaningful opportunities for travel, along with experiencing the rich diversity of the world, lay the foundation for this.
