Adele

Adele is an English singer-songwriter who rose to prominence due to her distinctive vocals and has gone on to become one of the best-selling musicians of our time. She was reared in several working-class parts of London by a young single mother. She began singing modern pop music at a young age and later grew interested in Ella Fitzgerald and Etta James. While attending the BRIT School, she pondered a career in music while she was in her early teens. Her musical talent drew the attention of record labels, and after graduation, she got a deal with XL Recordings.

Adele launched her first album, "19", in 2008, after generating anticipation in the UK with some well-received live performances. The album debuted at No.1 on the British album chart.
