Akademeia High School is an international high school in Warsaw, offering A Levels and iGCSEs. Akademeia operates as a pre-university university that is an accredited UCAS center, Cambridge International, Edexcel (Pearson), and AQA examination center for the English GCE Advanced Levels that form the curriculum in the last two years. It has also prepared a special intensive SAT/ACT exam course for students who are interested in applying to American universities.
At Akademeia, it encourages each individual to aspire and empowers them to embark on a mission to become their best self. The students when studying here can show their potential as much as possible and freely denote personalities. Moreover, by joining various well-verified curricula and activities, they step by step realize their passions and explore the possibilities. The co-curricular activities are constantly growing and reflect the diverse interests of its students and the expertise of its faculty.
Akademeia students can pursue one or more co-curricular courses. These range from Global Development and Law through Debate, Coding, and Scientific Research Methods, to Music, Drama, and Creative Writing. Courses are often run at different levels, allowing students to try new things or further practice existing skills. Each year it offers around 50 co-curricular courses to choose from.
