Glenn Radars, a slack and uninspired replacement teacher at the Alzano Imperial Magic Academy, is the focus of the narrative. Glenn is not particularly enthusiastic, but he has strong magical skills and a shrouded past. He is tasked with instructing a group of aspiring magicians, among them Sistine Fibel, a gifted and diligent pupil.
