Alpina
Alpina is a German automobile manufacturer known for producing high-performance variants of BMW vehicles. The company was established in 1965, with its headquarters in Buchloe, Germany. Alpina is an independent manufacturer that collaborates closely with BMW to create vehicles that provide exceptional performance and luxury. Obsessive, super-subtle Alpina creates modified and extremely fast versions of modern BMWs. They are, however, more than just a tuning house; they have been officially recognized as a motor manufacturer since 1965 and are now wholly owned by BMW.
Alpina's process is extensive and time-consuming. The key feature is their hand-assembled high-performance engines, which are shipped to BMW for installation before each car is returned to Alpina for a one-of-a-kind interior to be installed, all by hand. The B7's badge is distinctive and idiosyncratic: it's Alpina's version of the BMW 7 Series but with a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 under the long hood. The choice of the connoisseur.
