American International Medical University

The 1st place on the list of the best universities in Saint Lucia is the American International Medical University (AIMU). This is a for-profit medical school on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. It has a School of Medicine as well as a School of Nursing. It collaborates with colleges and hospitals in the United States for independent support programs, including Washington Adventist University (WAU) in Takoma Park, Maryland, and conducts joint classes with WAU for the AIM-U Premedical Science Program on the WAU campus.
