Antelope Canyon, Arizona
Antelope Canyon is about 15 minutes by car from Page, Arizona. It is Navajo territory and is not allowed to enter. To visit the floors of the winding gorge and admire the famous spiral rock arches, you must be led by the Aboriginal people.
Antelope Canyon is formed from the beautiful wavy lines that nature has sculpted over 5 million years. Stepping inside the canyon, visitors enjoy a party with a harmonious combination of light and color and enchanting spiral walkways. Especially when the sun crosses, the rays create spectacular orange, red, purple, pink bands on the sandstone. With a deep and narrow canyon, Antelope Canyon is made up of 2 cliffs with magical curving shapes, including many different geological layers, mainly sandstone and limestone.
The best time to visit Antelope Canyon is between late March and October.
