Aveda
Horst Rechelbacher, a hairstylist and businessman, started Aveda in 1978 after being moved by the unspoiled beauty of his surroundings. The name of the business is derived from the Sanskrit word "veda," which means "knowledge."
For all hair types, including dry, oily, color-treated, and damaged hair, Aveda has a wide selection of shampoos. Natural components including vitamins, essential oils, and botanical extracts are used to make the shampoos. Additionally, they do not contain phthalates, parabens, or sulfates.
The creamy lather, enduring aroma, and ability to leave hair feeling clean, soft, and manageable are all hallmarks of Aveda shampoos. They also remove debris, oil, and buildup well without depleting the hair of its own oils. Aveda shampoos often cost between $20 and $40.
