Jo Chidley, a chemist, botanist, and sustainability expert, launched cosmetics Beauty Kitchen in 2014 as a natural and sustainable cosmetics company with headquarters in the UK. After having trouble finding natural beauty products that actually worked and were beneficial for the environment, Chidley was motivated to launch the company.
The ingredients used to make Beauty Kitchen shampoos are all certified organic and were obtained ethically and responsibly. Additionally, the company is dedicated to lessening waste's environmental impact. The company provides a recycling program for its empty bottles and uses recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials for all of its shampoo products.
The harsh ingredients sulfates, parabens, and phthalates are not present in Beauty Kitchen shampoos. They are therefore suitable for those who suffer from sensitive skin and scalp issues. For instance, one of its most well-known product lines is Volume & Bounce Organic Shampoo, a shampoo made to add extra volume and bounce to fine hair.
