Beau's on the River (Cuyahoga Falls)
Chef Beau Schmidt launched his first restaurant, the Oakwood Grill, when he was 19 years old. Beau's second job was at Crocker's in the Valley, where he worked as the manager and chef for the following nine years. Beau and his business partner opened Beau's Tavern in the Valley in 1993. Beau arrived to the Fairlawn region in December of 2000, and in November of 2003, he opened the former Market Street Grille at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn Hotel & Suites.
Beau's on the River launched in May 2013 at the Sheraton Suites Akron/Cuyahoga Falls. With floor to ceiling windows and a contemporary decor, the restaurant on the river offers breathtaking views of the river rapids and falls.
As a sister facility to Beau's Grille at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, they provide a relaxed atmosphere with lots of the same outstanding food and service that the award-winning Beau's Grille has been providing for years.
