Beck’s
In Bremen, Germany, in 1873, Heinrich Beck created the first batch of Beck's, a German pilsner beer. Kaiserbrauerei Beck & Co. was the original name of the brewery; it was renamed Exportbrauerei Beck & Co. in 1921 to reflect its emphasis on beer exports.
In 1997, Beck's made its debut in India. AB InBev, the parent company of Beck's, started locally making the beer at its brewery in Maharashtra in 2008 after first importing the brand into India.
In India, Beck's beer is usually regarded as having very high quality. The beer is produced using only pure malt and is brewed to the same exacting standards as those in Germany. A Beck's variation created especially for the Indian market is called Beck's Ice. Although it contains a little less alcohol than ordinary Beck's, it nevertheless has a crisp and refreshing flavor.
In India, people enjoy drinking Beck's beer. Its pricing reflects the fact that it is frequently considered a premium beer. In India, the price of Beck's beer varies according to the bottle size and the state. A 650ml bottle of Beck's ordinary beer typically costs between ₹140 and ₹175 in total. Between ₹175 and ₹215 is what a 650ml bottle of Beck's ice beer costs.
