The second-largest mall in Paramus as well as one of the best shopping malls in New Jersey, Bergen Town Center has maintained its ranking as one of the most popular shopping locations because of ongoing improvements. 2020 saw the completion of a $50M refurbishment that increased vertical density with a third-floor Burlington, introduced Park Assist to the west garage, improved access to the east garage, and built a new children's play area to the mall's interior.
