A creative culinary team is made up of highly qualified and experienced hospitality professionals. Chef Luka Jezerek is in charge of the kitchen. Chef Ana uteri oversees the creative culinary development. They have both been keeping an eye on Jezerek Catering menus since their first days after graduating. The menu is a modern take on traditional Slovenian recipes handed down by their grandmother for more than 70 years. Each dish is meticulously prepared and presented to provide both a visual and a flavor explosion.
