Bobby Murphy is an internet entrepreneur from the United States and one of the co-founders of SnapChat Inc, a very successful social media platform.

Murphy, Snap's Chat Chief Technology Officer, collaborated with Evan Spiegel, a Stanford University fraternity mate, to create the popular social networking app.

Murphy and his partner Spiegel own more than 30% of Snap, but they have voting shares that give them authority over the board of directors. Since the introduction of Snapchat. Murphy has made a $30 million real estate investment and still owns around 18 percent of SnapChat Inc.
