Bright Star

"Bright Star" is a romantic drama film directed by Jane Campion, inspired by the real-life love affair between the renowned poet John Keats and his muse Fanny Brawne.

When Fanny's family moves next door to the Keats family, she becomes intrigued by the mysterious. brilliant poet. Despite the initial tension between them due to their differing backgrounds, Fanny's curiosity and John's admiration for her wit and beauty gradually lead to a deep and fervent love. However, their relationship faces numerous obstacles, including John's lack of financial stability and Fanny's disapproving mother. The young couple must find a way to reconcile their love with the harsh realities of societal expectations.
