Bulago Island

Bulago, a small island on the equator, is 45 minutes away by speedboat or 8 minutes away by propeller plane from Entebbe. Bulago Island is Uganda's sixth finest island, known for its diverse range of tourist attractions, which include the country's best lake vistas, as well as the best sunset views. The Island is also known for its world-class accommodations, which has attracted travelers.

Pineapple Bay is the only resort on the island, yet it has everything you need: magnificent villas directly on the beach, a great restaurant, and an infinity pool. Walking trails lead to a mountaintop with panoramic views over the island's 2500-meter length. There isn't much to do here besides reclining on a lounge bed under an umbrella while sipping a pia colada.
