Burley Dental - Family Health Services
Perceiving that the community was in need of reduced-cost dental services for the underserved, Family Health Services begun providing dental services in the spring of 2005. The main goal of the program has always been to assist the overall goals of Family Health Services. The major objective is providing affordable dental services to the public in need.
From its modest beginnings of one full-time dentist in only one of the surrounding communities, the program has grown to meet burgeoning needs of patients. Family Health Services now owns and operates dental offices in Burley, Twin Falls, Kimberly, Buhl, Fairfield, Jerome and the mobile dental unit.
All dentists at Family Health Services are well-trained in general dentistry and licensed in the state of Idaho. All dentists are kind and gentle and provide the highest quality dentistry for patients. The restorations, crowns, and other products they use are of the utmost quality.
The dentists at Family Health Services offer the following services:
- Emergency services-patient must call first thing in the morning to ensure timely access
- Exams
- Patient education
- Dental radiographs
- Cleanings
- Limited periodontal treatment
- Operative dentistry: tooth fillings both composite (white fillings) and amalgam (silver fillings)
- Stainless steel crowns on baby teeth
- Endodontic treatment- root canal therapy
- Crown and bridge work
- Surgical and routine extractions
