Tatiana, Casa Ananas' owner and head chef, is an Italian ex-pat who has carried her traditional recipes and global chef experience all the way to Southern Nicaragua. Her new location in the Hacienda Iguana commercial center is adorable and cozy, complete with outdoor dining, romantic lighting, and natural vegetation. Her woodfire oven is the star of the show, allowing her to create thin-crust pizzas with classic and unique toppings. You might catch her boyfriend Dario and his buddies performing live music at one of their popular open mic nights if you're lucky.

Every night, Ananas will surprise you with a different cuisine style, ensuring an extraordinary culinary experience. From burger evenings on Mondays to Mexican vibes on Tuesdays to gourmet seafood dishes on Thursdays, the Pizza & Pasta Italian night on Saturdays is not to be missed.
