Gastronomia El Buzo
Gastronomia El Buzo is nice but simple. The room is large, rectangular, and beautifully decorated with artifacts that recall navigation such as a large wooden rudder, detailed models of small ships, sailboats, or frigates, and first place trophies in diving championships. At the entrance you cross thin walls made of mangroves, the tables and chairs are made of heavy male laurel, the roof is made of bamboo, and at one end there is a small garden whose fountain soothes the ears with whispers of water. It's certainly a nice stay, but it doesn't stand out as they make it out to be their dishes, which are from another world.
Flipping through the extensive menu, one finds entries like "Futuristic Eggs" and "Carpaccio de fish with orange". In the main dishes, there are endless proposals of spaghetti and risotto La choice can be labyrinthine, because they are all worthy of being discovered, but precisely because of that, Casimirri himself walks from table to table socializing with customers and guiding them according to your tastes.
