Chen

Chen is the stage name of Kim Jong Dae, a singer and songwriter. He is one of EXO's top vocalists and the main dancer. When he was just 18 years old, Chen joined S.M. Entertainment as a trainee. He was officially introduced as the K-pop group's fourth member in 2011.

Chen is recognized for his ability to hold the highest notes for the longest periods of time. He is renowned for having a versatile voice that effortlessly transitions into a deep, male tone. Along with the group activities, he composed and performed a number of songs for Korean dramas. The songs "Best Luck" for It's Okay, That's Love, "Everytime" for Descendants of the Sun, and "For You" for the SBS drama "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" are just a few examples. Additionally, Chen made his solo music debut in 2019 with the EP April and a Flower.
