Chopped

As the name implies, Chopped combines professional chefs to compete fiercely for positions as head chefs at high-end hotels and restaurants across the United States. This program's "host" is none other than Gordon Ramsay, a famously demanding chef with the capacity to "scream fire" and obvious culinary talent.

Each season, the show pits roughly 18 cooks to compete with one another. They will relocate to Los Angeles and reside in a dormitory connected to the utility kitchen and Hell's Kitchen's main restaurant downstairs. In each competition episode, they must produce signature dishes and persuade Gordon Ramsay to pick one. Ramsay's responsibility is to watch, guide, and thoroughly analyze each criterion 1 person and the final winner will be given the opportunity to become a chef of a hotel or a high-class restaurant.
