CIPRIANI MIAMI
Cipriani Miami debuted in 2013, with a space designed by Michele Bonan, the same architect who designed Cipriani Yas Island-Abu Dhabi, Cipriani Monte Carlo, and Downtown Ibiza. Cipriani's waterfront setting inspired the restaurant's chic blue and white nautical aesthetic. The Brickell location borrows elements from other Cipriani restaurants, such as the bar setting, which was inspired by Harry's Bar in Venice, and Tedeschi millwork and furniture.
Striped Venetian flooring, Walnut wood next to polished steel, a Venetian Murano chandelier in the center, and floor-to-ceiling windows complete the fabulous dining area. Cipriani Miami is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, serving classics such as the original Carpaccio alla Cipriani, invented in Venice in 1950, as well as Venetian specialties such as Calves liver alla Veneziana, the beloved Vanilla Meringue cake, and freshly whipped Vanilla ice cream. The restaurant has become a favorite among the Brickell community, as well as locals and international visitors.
