Since then, Maxwell's enthusiasm for coffee has led him to win the title of UK Barista Champion three times. Alongside his current Bath coffee store (Colonna & Smalls), this Colona coffee roasting firm was established only a few years ago. Colonna provides a rotating selection of four fascinating categories of specialty coffee beans: "Foundation", "Discovery", "Rare," and "Decaf".

"Foundation" offers high-quality, clean, and fragrant specialty coffee that will certainly suit all customers. "Discovery" explores the limits of what good coffee can be, by investigating processing techniques and displaying various coffee options that are intended to challenge our preset idea of this beverage. Meanwhile, "Rare" and "Decaf" offer exceptional lots and rare coffee types, such as geisha, from award-winning fields that have been expertly processed to provide a deliciously nuanced cup of coffee.

Colonna has also created capsules that are compatible with the Nespresso system and have been rigorously tested to provide the best pod coffee possible. It is indeed one of the best specialty coffee roasters in the UK!
