Workshop
The "Workshop" coffee roaster was created in 2011, 2 years after its creator, James Dickson, initially conceived of the concept after he was fired from an estate agency. James's ambition was to "create a destination venue committed to an integrative process that yields genuinely good coffee." James demanded input on the whole coffee supply chain, from bean procurement through roasting to brewing.
In 2011, James and his co-founders established their first café roasters, which was followed by a second within a few months. Due to the high quality of its whole bean coffee, the firm quickly started supplying other independent cafés as well. Their coffees are nothing short of extraordinary. They are wonderfully delicious and aromatic, exposing your eyes to the true potential of coffee when roasted with care.
In 2013, "Workshop" launched online sales of their specialty coffee. This means that the coffee could be delivered directly to the door of the coffee connoisseur!
