Colorful festivals
Some of the best music festivals in Europe are held in Portugal, which draws well-known performers from rap, rock, electronic music, and other genres. The best thing is that in addition to getting a much-needed musical experience, you'll also get to visit some of Portugal's often-forgotten cities like Sesimbra and Braga. The lineup at Glastonbury (UK) may seem attractive, but dancing in rain puddles is not. Portuguese music festivals offer equally incredible lineups for less money and nicer summer nights.
With all the parades, dances, and musical acts, you may have fun while also learning a lot about Portuguese history and religion. And the best festivals take place in the summer! There are other festivals throughout the year, such as the Nos Alive music and arts festival in July, the 40-hour Serralves em Festa cultural festival in Porto in June, and the International Sand Sculpture Festival from March to August.
