Concord

Mount Washington State Park is home to some of the most breathtaking landscapes and is named after the towering peak that sits at its center. Outdoor enthusiasts and those who love the outdoors will adore everything it has to offer. Mount Washington, which rises to a height of 6,288 feet, is the tallest mountain in the northeastern United States (1,916 meters).

On its top, there is a cafeteria and souvenir shop in addition to the observatory with the same name and an accompanying museum. Its peak offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains and forests. There are numerous routes and trails that wind their way down the mountainside for you to explore when you've had your fill of the scenery.

Even though it is the capital of New Hampshire, the city of Concord doesn't have as many residents as one might think, yet it still has a lot to offer tourists and residents alike. The city of Concord, which was first incorporated as Rumford in 1734 but changed its name to Concord in 1765, is home to one of the oldest State Houses and biggest legislatures in the nation. Today, tourists may discover a wealth of history, as well as enjoy the outdoors at farms, eat delectable cuisine, and learn about space at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center, among many other activities.
